Quik’s Farm Ltd. in Chilliwack, BC is seeking Nursery and Greenhouse Labourers to join a growing team. Start in January 2027 and work through September 2027 in a fast-paced farm setting.

You must be hardworking, self-motivated and able to lift up to 23 kg. Duties include harvesting, planting, maintaining crops, and supporting production crews.

This seasonal role is on-site with outdoor, wet and hot/cold environments; weekend work may be required.

Qualifications

• No degree, certificate or diploma required.
• Seasonal position, January 2027 to September 2027.
• Must be able to lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs).

Responsabilités

• Harvesting and prepares crops; fertilizing, pruning, bunching, and recording crop data.
• Collaborate with production crews to fulfill daily orders.
• Plant crops in greenhouses and fields.
• Stick and plant soil beds and trays.
• Crop maintenance including pinching and thinning.
• Unload, load, store, and maintain crops and greenery.
• Keep work areas clean and support packing areas.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Quik’s Farm Ltd. is a wholesale cut flower grower based in Chilliwack, BC, with over 20 acres of indoor and an additional 35 acres of seasonal outdoor growing space. Quik’s Farm is geared towards the intense production of cut Chrysanthemums, Oriental Lilies, Alstroemeria, and other seasonal crops utilizing state-of-the-art growing systems and leading-edge technology to produce high-quality products for our diverse customer base throughout Western Canada and the Pacific Northwest USA. We are currently hiring Nursery and Greenhouse Labourers.

Primary responsibilities:

• Harvesting flowers crops, fertilizing, pruning, bunching in preparation, and recording crop data.
• Working alongside production crews to fulfill daily production orders.
• Planting crops in greenhouses and fields.
• Sticking and planting indoor and outdoor soil beds and trays.
• General ongoing crop maintenance including pinching and thinning.
• Unloading, loading, storing, and maintaining crops and bulk seasonal greenery.
• Maintaining clean work areas and grounds, as well as growing, producing, and packing areas.
• Performing other duties as assigned.

Work must be completed at the physical location. There is no option to work remotely. This position may require you to work on Saturdays and statutory holidays. There will be no Sunday work.
