Qualifications

• Experience in audit, risk and compliance domains.
• Ability to translate requirements into design documents.
• Strong client-facing consulting background (2-3 years).

Responsibilities

• Deliver customer requests with a focus on a delightful customer experience.
• Ensure timely and quality delivery of the services requested by customers.
• Collaborate with Customer Success and management to route requests appropriately.
• Document and maintain standard operating procedures for requests.
• Provide technical guidance to leverage more value from the product.
