Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Design and produce a variety of marketing materials including, but not limited to, posters, brochures, ads, flyers, newsletters, and digital graphics.
  • Prepare final artwork for print and digital use, ensuring all files meet production and platform specifications.
  • Maintain an organized digital archive of design projects.
  • Collaborate with the Communications Team and attend creative meetings as required.
  • Ensure consistency with established FSU branding, style guides, and accessibility standards.
  • Support social media and experiential marketing initiatives through the development of visual content.
  • Represent the department at student events and activities in a professional and enthusiastic manner.
  • Assist with additional tasks as assigned to support department goals.

Graphic Designer (Work Study) - Student Work Study job opportunities open to full‑time Fanshawe College students who qualify for the Work Study Bursary program.

This opportunity is supported through The Work Study Employment Program, which is designed to provide work opportunities to Fanshawe College full‑time post‑secondary or post‑diploma students with a demonstrated financial need.

Eligibility
  • Students at Fanshawe College must be full‑time registered students and meet financial needs assessment criteria.
  • International students must have a valid work permit.
  • Must be in good academic standing according to program requirements.
  • Successful candidates may be asked to apply to the Work Study Employment Program. The program will help Fanshawe Student Union financially to employ students over the summer, fall, and winter term.
