The successful candidate, working within the marketing team, will provide creative support to various business units within the company. The candidate must be experienced in creating graphics, videos, email blasts, website pages, and social media assets.
Your Responsibilities:
- Create bi-weekly flyers for the retail business.
- Develop assets for social media posts and digital marketing campaigns.
- Design website pages, email blasts, promotions, and other creative assets as needed.
- Create motion graphics and video assets.
- Advise on the aesthetic of campaigns, projects, and promotional events, ensuring consistency across all platforms.
- Prepare proposals and presentations for business development using tools like Microsoft PowerPoint, Canva, or Adobe InDesign.
- Manage multiple brands and projects, maintaining each brand's unique identity.
- Collaborate with external digital platform partners.
- Maintain and organize the visual asset library.
- Stay updated on social media and trending topics to leverage in campaigns.
- Serve as the in-house design expert.
- Support other business lines with ad hoc creative requests.
Skills Requirements:
- Minimum 3-5 years of design experience.
- Photography and videography skills.
- Experience in social media marketing and content creation/editing using Adobe Creative Cloud.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro).
- Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
Nice to Have:
