CPA Ontario is seeking a Graphic Designer responsible for creating compelling visual assets across print, digital, and video channels. The role involves concept development, creative execution, and collaboration to ensure alignment with brand standards and strategic goals.

Responsibilities include:

1. Designing and producing visual assets for social media, email marketing, websites, digital, video, and print while maintaining brand consistency.
2. Collaborating with the Studio Manager to refine design concepts and align with project goals.
3. Providing art direction on campaigns and presenting creative ideas to leadership.
4. Evaluating creative performance and optimizing assets for engagement.
5. Ensuring brand governance and developing templates for consistent output.

Qualifications:

• Post-secondary diploma in Graphic Design with at least 2 years of experience.
• Strong communication skills and ability to interpret briefs.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Canva; knowledge of After Effects is an asset.
• Experience in digital and print design, understanding of color, typography, and composition.
• Highly organized, self-motivated, and familiar with tools like Monday.com; RGD certification is an asset.
