The Role

As a Graphic Designer at Newrite, you will play a vital role in crafting compelling visual content for a wide range of clients. You’ll collaborate closely with our creative team and clients to develop eye-catching, effective designs for marketing campaigns, digital advertising, web content, presentations, social media, and more. Your creativity and attention to detail will be essential in helping our clients stand out.

What You'll Do

• Design and deliver high-quality, AI-enhanced creative work to a diverse range of clients, across creative fields including branding, digital ads, social media, presentations, and more.
• Collaborate directly with account managers to understand client goals and translate them into visually compelling content.
• Tailor creative solutions to meet client objectives while maintaining brand consistency and alignment.
• Contribute to brainstorming sessions to develop innovative concepts.
• Stay informed about industry trends and new design tools to keep our creative process cutting-edge.

What You'll Need

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
• 3+ years of professional experience in graphic design with a robust portfolio showcasing diverse creative work. Your portfolio must demonstrate your designs across diverse design fields, including your UI / UX projects. The presence of AI-assisted designs would be considered a strong asset.
• Hands-on experience with AI design tools such as MidJourney, DALL
• E, Runway, and Adobe Firefly, including ownership of the process from image generation to post-production, and the ability to integrate AI-driven techniques into creative workflows would be considered a strong aseet.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD), Figma, and other design platforms.
• Experience in web design, video production, and basic UI / UX principles is a plus.
• Excellent English communication skills (Speaking + Writing), with the ability to articulate design concepts and rationale effectively.
• Proven ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative remote team, while being reliable and delivering high-quality work on time.
• Strong time management skills and the ability to balance multiple tasks efficiently.
