THE ROLE

Live Nation Canada is seeking a talented and highly organized Graphic Designer to join our Brand Partnerships team. This role is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the visual storytelling and design execution behind some of the biggest music partnership programs in the country. You’ll play a key role in developing visually compelling presentations, mock-ups, pitch decks, and other commercial materials that support commercial initiatives across the Live Nation Canada ecosystem.

You will work closely with the Senior Director of Strategy & Digital, supporting both the Brand Partnerships group and Executive Leadership Team on a wide range of high-impact projects. This includes custom design work for strategic pitches, partner reporting, internal asks, and marketing collateral tailored to a diverse set of brand and business needs.

WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO

Design high-quality, custom pitch decks, presentations, mock-ups, and proposals for brand partnership opportunities.

Support commercial and executive teams with design needs for presentations, reports, and internal documentation.

Collaborate with the Strategy, Sales, and Digital teams to visually interpret ideas and bring sponsorship concepts to life.

Translate brand guidelines and creative strategies into bespoke, visually engaging materials that resonate with potential partners.

Manage multiple concurrent projects while meeting tight deadlines and maintaining a high standard of design.

Ensure consistency of visual identity across all deliverables.

Stay current with design trends, tools, and best practices to continuously elevate creative output.

WHAT THIS PERSON WILL BRING

3+ years of professional graphic design experience, ideally in a fast-paced agency or media/entertainment environment.

Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), PowerPoint; familiarity with Canva, Figma, or other design/prototype tools a plus.

Strong portfolio showcasing presentation design, branding work, and visual storytelling.

Excellent time management and organizational skills; comfortable juggling multiple priorities and working under pressure.

Ability to interpret creative briefs and transform ideas into visually compelling solutions.

Strong attention to detail, with a commitment to delivering polished, on-brand work.

A team player who thrives in collaborative environments and is eager to contribute across departments.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience designing for brand sponsorships or music/entertainment industries.
  • Video editing or motion graphics experience (e.g., After Effects).
  • Understanding of brand marketing and commercial partnership dynamics.

Physical Requirements/Work Environment

Sits for extended periods of time at a computer station or work desk; stands and walks throughout the day; occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc.; uses hands and fingers to operate computers and office equipment for up to 8 hours each day; lifts up to 10 pounds regularly; exposed to typical office environment conditions and noise levels.
