Job description

This well-known non-profit company in Sainte-Foy, Quebec is looking for a Graphic Designer.

Position Details

Term: Permanent

Schedule: 37.5 hours/week - Hybrid (2 days in office)

Technological equipment is provided.

Responsibilities

• Participate in the ideation, development, and creation of graphic content.
• Ensure visual identity consistency with the company's graphic charter across all tools and content.
• Adapt corporate tools and content to the new visual identity when necessary.
• Participate in strategic stages of visual creation.
• Perform all other related tasks.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Adobe CC software: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Google Suite (Word, Sheets, Drive).
• Knowledge of artistic trends and advanced design concepts.
• Understanding of brand architecture and sub-brands.
• Knowledge of ergonomic principles related to web browsing.
• Specialization in illustration.
• Proficiency in Premiere Pro, video editing, and InDesign is an asset.
• Proficiency in the Atlassian suite (Jira, Confluence).
• Experience in Mac environment.
• Creative, innovative thinking.
• Strong organizational skills, autonomy, initiative, and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively.
• Adaptability to a changing environment and open-mindedness.
• Versatility to target different audiences.
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, and ability to maintain good relations with colleagues, clients, and freelancers.
