THE ROLE

The role requires a talented performer with a strong graphics background who enjoys various marketing responsibilities and teamwork. The ideal candidate will have opportunities to grow creatively.

The successful candidate will be responsible for executing the Corporate Marketing Strategy through Graphic Design, Creative Direction, Art Direction, Print Management, and relationship management, working closely with internal clients.

This is a full-time, permanent position based in our well-designed Calgary office. Typical hours are 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday, with occasional extended hours depending on project needs.

THE DAY TO DAY

• Build the Contemporary Office Interior’s brand visually to differentiate it and resonate with internal and external customers.
• Create customer-facing content, presentations, reports, look-books, and deliverables.
• Utilize InDesign to develop templates for proposals under tight deadlines.
• Collaborate with the Marketing Team on annual strategic plans to support the company’s corporate image and identity.
• Develop and execute graphic marketing materials for print and digital communications, proposals, internal graphics, signage, and event collateral.
• Contribute to social media strategy and content posting.
• Follow and promote corporate branding standards.
• Design and manage email campaigns.

Project Management

• Prioritize tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment to meet project deadlines.
• Maintain the proposal center’s organization and efficiency.
• Manage stock of supplies.

Additional Marketing Responsibilities

• Support marketing and sales initiatives, events, campaigns, and promotions beyond graphic design.
• Work with various internal stakeholders.
• Experience in social media marketing is a plus.

YOU BRING THE FOLLOWING

• Proficiency in Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Lightroom, PowerPoint.
• Strong understanding of page layout, typography, and print collateral management.
• Attention to detail, strategic thinking, decisiveness, and flexibility.
• Ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines independently with good communication skills.
• Experience in complex sales environments managing multiple priorities and stakeholders.
