THE ROLE

The role requires a talented performer with a strong graphics background who enjoys various marketing responsibilities and collaborating in a team environment. A strong candidate will have opportunities to evolve in many creative directions.

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering on the Corporate Marketing Strategy through Graphic Design, Creative Direction, Art Direction, Print Management, and relationship management, working closely with internal clients.

This is a full-time permanent position based in our well-designed and furnished office. Working hours are typically 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday, with occasional extended hours depending on project needs.

DAY-TO-DAY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Contribute to building the Contemporary Office Interior’s brand through visual means that differentiate the brand and resonate with internal and external customers.
• Create customer-facing content, presentations, reports, look-books, and deliverables.
• Utilize InDesign to generate templates for customer proposals, adhering to strict deadlines and guidelines.
• Work with the Marketing Team to brainstorm and implement annual strategic plans supporting the company's corporate image and identity.
• Develop and execute outstanding graphic marketing materials, including print and digital design, proposals, internal graphics, signage, and event collateral.
• Collaborate on social media strategy and posting.
• Follow and promote corporate standards for size, color, scheme, and style to maintain brand consistency.
• Design and deliver ongoing email campaigns.

PROJECT MANAGEMENT

• Manage priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment to meet project deadlines.
• Maintain the proposal center’s organization and efficiency.
• Ensure sufficient stock of supplies.

ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support marketing and sales initiatives, events, promotions, and campaigns beyond graphic design.
• Work with multiple internal clients and stakeholders.
• Interest or experience in social media marketing is a plus.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Proficiency in industry-standard software: Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Lightroom, PowerPoint.
• Strong understanding of page layout and typography, with experience managing print collateral.
• Attention to detail, strategic thinking, decisiveness, and flexibility.
• Ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines, with strong communication skills and self-direction.
• Experience in complex sales environments managing competing priorities and multiple stakeholders is crucial.
