Job Description: Graphic Designer

We are seeking a talented Graphic Designer to join our creative team. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating a variety of marketing and digital assets to support our brand and communication efforts.

1. Design Responsibilities:
   • Create marketing materials including brochures, posters, social media graphics, event signage, web graphics, lab assets, and digital assets.
   • Ensure all creative output adheres to the company visual identity and brand guidelines.
   • Contribute to the continuous improvement and evolution of the company's visual presence.
2. Software Proficiency & Execution:
   • Work fluently in Adobe Creative Cloud applications – Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop.
   • Use Microsoft Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) for document preparation and communication.
   • Prepare accurate and technically correct files for print and digital distribution.
   • Collaborate with the Senior Graphic Designer to maintain consistency across all design deliverables.
   • Support marketing team members and internal stakeholders with creative needs.
   • Accept feedback constructively and incorporate revisions promptly and professionally.
3. Project Management & Workflow:
   • Manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines.
   • Stay organized in task tracking and communication.
   • Maintain asset libraries and file organization for efficient workflows.
4. Qualifications:
   • Diploma or degree in Graphic Design or related field, or relevant experience.
   • Minimum 2 years of experience in a graphic design role.
   • Proficient in Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop.
   • Experience with Canva and Hubspot is an asset.
   • Strong layout, typography, and design principles.
   • Excellent attention to detail and creative problem-solving skills.
   • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
