The Alberta New Home Warranty Program Group ofCompanies (ANHWP Group), is Alberta’s most experienced and most trusted newhome warranty provider and educator for homebuilders. As Alberta’s leader innew home warranty products and services for 50 years, we continue to raise thebar to meet the needs of homeowners and our Builder Members.

This position resides with The Alberta NewHome Warranty Program (ANHWP) and works alongside The New Home WarrantyInsurance (Canada) Corporation (NHWICC) and the Professional Home BuildersInstitute of Alberta (PHBI) and Dweller Home Services.

Accountable for:

The successful incumbent will be accountable forhelping create and improve the visual and media parts of e-learning courses.This includes designing graphics, editing videos, supporting content uploads onthe Learning Management System (LMS), and working with the team to makelearning content clear and engaging.

Work location: Calgary, Alberta

Term: May 20, 2025 to August 22,2025

Working hours: 8:30am – 4:30pm (35 hours/week)

Wage: $18/hour

Responsibilities:

The primary responsibilities of the positiontitle are:

  • Enhanceexisting graphical user interfaces for e-learning content.
  • Editprofessional, engaging audio and video content.
  • Assist theinstructional designer to create interactive layouts.
  • Conversionof e-learning content across various software applications.
  • Extract andsource graphics as per instructional design requirements.
  • Integratedmedia strategies for advertising and communications.
  • Creategraphical user interface and elements for digital and print media
  • Supportcontent uploads on the Learning Management System.
  • Ability tolearn new software applications.

Skills andExperience:

·Team player witha positive personality and a strong work ethic.
·Workcooperatively, professionally, and share knowledge with others in a positive,respectful manner.
·Exhibits high standardsof integrity and personal conduct.
·Possesses goodjudgment and has strong attention to detail.
·Possessesknowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and has excellent computer skills.
·Ability toleverage social, digital, and media platforms to increase brand awareness
  • Workingtowards a Degree or Diploma in Graphic Design or a related field ispreferred
  • Experiencewith graphic design and multimedia
  • 1+ yearsexperience in visual design and online course development is an asset
  • Workingknowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro and InDesign
  • E-learningdevelopment and e-learning software familiarity is an asset

·Must be between 16-30years oldas this positionis partially funded by the Canada Summer Student grant program

  • Currently enrolled in a post-secondaryeducation, in Accounting or Business Administration, or related area andreturning to a post-secondary institution following your work term.Candidates must be at least in the 2nd year of their Program.
  • Available and legally authorized to workin Canada for at least 14 week full time work-term
