Job summary

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of administration or data management experience.
• Bilingual English and French (B2+).
• Experience with grants management or similar databases is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support Grants Management System (GMS) data entry and maintenance.
• Coordinate funding processes with Funding and Programs teams.
• Track contracts, reports, and approvals; manage stakeholder inquiries.
