Reporting to the Dean and Associate Dean, you will manage day-to-day operations of graduate programs, contribute to curricula, and coordinate internships and recruitment efforts, including international outreach.

The role requires a Master’s degree in business/related field and 4–6 years in higher education, with strong communication and budgeting capabilities.

Qualifikationen

• Master's degree in business administration or related field.
• Minimum four to six years of progressive experience in a relevant role in post-secondary education.
• Knowledge of student recruitment and admission practices.
• Highly developed oral and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Collaborative, inclusive teamwork and intercultural awareness.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office software.
• Knowledge of a second language is an asset.

Aufgaben

• Assist the Associate Dean with day-to-day management of the programs.
• Assist in development, review, and revision of Graduate Program curricula and program accreditations.
• Develop long- and short-term strategies for SSB Professional Programs.
• Assist with development, management, and monitoring of program budgets.
• Coordinate internships and job placements with the Career and Experiential Learning Office.
• Maintain electronic program records.
• Develop and implement marketing materials for student recruitment.
• Deliver information sessions for potential applicants on and off campus, in Canada and internationally.
• Respond to student inquiries and refer to appropriate offices.
• Facilitate recruitment, selection, and admission support for students.
