Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or related field.
• Minimum 3.0 GPA or higher.
• Sound knowledge of civil engineering fundamentals.
• Experience with CAD software.
• Strong teamwork and planning abilities.
• Eligible to work in Canada without employer sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Design and detail sites, roads, drainage systems, utilities using AutoCAD/Civil 3D and Bentley tools.
• Apply hydraulic modeling to stormwater, sanitary and potable water systems.
• Research codes, specs and standards for design work.
• Coordinate with teams to deliver sustainable outcomes.
• Support all phases of planning, design and construction processes.
• Research regulatory requirements for project approvals at different stages.
• Engage with collaborators and clients to address needs and concerns.
• Produce technical documents including reports, memos and calculations.
