Job summary

Option Excavating Inc. is seeking a Grademan -Topman to join the team for an Alberta project near Grand Prairie. The role focuses on maintaining accurate grades, coordinating with operators and reading blueprints, while ensuring safety and efficiency in outdoor conditions.

Qualifications

• Excellent English verbal and written communication required.
• Experience in construction/excavation preferred (5 years).
• Must be able to operate equipment safely and responsibly.

Responsibilities

• Shoot grades and establish grades keeping pipelayer on grade.
• Read blueprints and grade stakes to grade or redistribute earth.
• Direct equipment operators to adjust grade by moving earth and materials.
• Assist with equipment maintenance and preventive maintenance.
• Follow safety regulations and company procedures.
