Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a Grader Operator on highway construction projects.
• Ability to operate other equipment such as rollers and pavers.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs. and performing physically demanding tasks.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driver’s abstract.
• Must pass pre-employment drug and alcohol testing.
• Flexibility to work on projects across Alberta; travel required.
• Availability for 10–14 hour shifts, including nights and overtime.
• Preference for candidates with an RV or trailer.
