Job summary

The Crupi Group is hiring for a Grademan on site in the Toronto area. The role involves reading drawings, assisting with job set-up, and working with the grading crew to complete road construction projects safely with high workmanship standards.

Candidates should have at least 5 years of relevant experience including GPS training, be able to work flexible shifts, and be willing to operate at various site locations in Toronto and the GTA.

Job description

Reporting to the Supervisor on site, the Grademan works together with other grading crew members to complete assigned road construction projects safely, and by providing excellent service and superior workmanship.

Responsibilities and Qualifications:

• Read drawings, and assist with job set-up.
• At least 5 years of previous relevant experience including GPS training.
• Must be available to work flexible shifts.
• Able to work at a variety of site locations in Toronto and the GTA.

Compensation:

$47.77

This is a unionized position, with Local 183.

Seasonality:

• Seasonal full-time from April/May to December. We offer snow removal positions during the winter season.
