Qualifications

• Ability to build strong, trusting rapport with teenage learners.
• Solid content knowledge across BC Grade 8/9 subject areas.
• Ability to plan and implement engaging, differentiated lessons for junior secondary years.
• Deep understanding of adolescent development and social-emotional needs.
• Collaborate with teachers, education assistants, and support staff.
