Job summary

Bay Ferries Limited is recruiting GP Deckhands for casual positions on MV Fundy Rose, a year-round ferry service across the Bay of Fundy between Digby, Nova Scotia and Saint John, New Brunswick.

This is a casual, unlicensed role and may lead to full-time opportunities. Training incentives, work–life balance, competitive wages per collective agreement, and pension as per collective agreement are noted.

Qualifications

• Valid Candidate Document Number (CDN#) required.
• Valid Seafarers Marine Medical.
• STCW's 6.1, 6.2, 6.3.
• Bridge Watch Rating Certificate (BWR) desirable.
• Experience in the passenger ship industry preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communications skills.
