Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Humanities, Social Sciences, Business/Administration, Journalism, Accounting, or Science.
• 1+ years of industry experience; varied backgrounds acceptable.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience writing business cases or proposals.
• Ability to work under tight timelines and maintain accuracy.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking capabilities.
• Ability to think outside the box.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and submit funding proposals and business cases with input from managers and clients.
• Research funding programs, analyze data, and develop narratives for funding requests.
• Ensure compliance reporting post grant approvals and maintain grant program records.
• Support program research and internal communications; assist with blog and marketing tasks as needed.
• Coordinate administrative duties and meetings for the Firm.
