The Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented Governance Project Manager to provide strategic oversight and governance support on a key enterprise client engagement. This individual will act as the anchor point for project governance, ensuring that milestones are met, billing and invoicing are executed with precision, and that TMS fulfills all contractual obligations.

• Governance & Oversight:
• Monitor and report on contractual milestones and service level obligations
• Ensure all deliverables are tracked, documented, and escalated as necessary
• Maintain alignment with client stakeholders on expectations and execution
• Billing & Invoicing:
• Collaborate with internal finance and delivery teams to establish and manage billing frameworks
• Ensure accurate, timely, and transparent invoicing aligned with client agreements
• Reporting & Compliance:
• Deliver structured reports on project health, financials, and contractual performance
• Track KPIs and ensure adherence to governance models, service standards, and compliance protocols
• Cross-Functional Collaboration:
• Liaise with delivery leads, sales, finance, and technical teams to maintain project cohesion
• Provide governance support across other internal or client-facing initiatives as needed

Who You Are

• You bring 5+ years of experience in project or program management, ideally with a focus on governance or client delivery
• You have hands-on experience managing billing structures and financial reporting within complex engagements
• You’re comfortable navigating project governance frameworks, compliance requirements, and aligning diverse stakeholders
• You’re a strong communicator who’s confident with documentation and relationship-building across levels
• You’ve worked in professional services, technology, or managed solutions environments and know how to deliver in fast-paced settings
• Experience in highly regulated industries (like nuclear), or within large enterprise ecosystems, is a strong plus
• If you’ve worked through technology or solutions sales cycles, even better
• Familiarity with delivery models like managed services, staff augmentation, or digital transformation will serve you well in this role

The base salary range that the employer in good faith reasonably expects to pay for this position is $90,000 – $110,000.
