The Golf Course Office Manager will be responsible for providing leadership support to the Golf Operation through Accounting, Business Management and Key System overview and training. The successful candidate will have strong communication and organizational skills and is comfortable making quick and creative decisions, and exceeding guest expectations while demonstrating a high level of responsibility for their own actions.
Competitive Salary: $52,000 - $55,000 gross annually, based on previous experience & education
Job Duties Include:
Implement and manage accounting procedures, including A/R, A/P, revenue reporting, inventory control, and financial SOPs in collaboration with the Director of Golf and FBSH Accounting.
Serve as the expert and lead trainer on golf-related systems (Concept, GolfEMS, POS, booking engines), ensuring accurate usage, troubleshooting, and ongoing staff training.
Oversee golf retail inventory, reconciliation, and reporting; manage memberships, gift certificates, lesson payouts, and other key liability accounts.
Maintain audit standards through daily reconciliation, tracking of rounds, voids, discounts, and complimentary play; ensure reporting accuracy for all programs and activations.
Represent Golf on hotel committees and act as the primary contact for Accounting and IT, while supporting day-to-day operations, colleague training, and departmental leadership.
