Job summary

G Adventures is seeking a Workday Systems Analyst to bridge business needs and technology across our global offices. You’ll analyze requirements, support enterprise system configuration, and ensure system performance and integrity in a fast-paced travel environment.

You will collaborate with stakeholders, technical teams, and end users, contribute to testing, training, and data accuracy while helping maintain compliance across enterprise platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Analysis, or a related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in systems analysis, business analysis, or a related role supporting enterprise systems.
• Exposure to project lifecycle activities including requirements gathering, testing, and user support.
• Familiarity with enterprise software systems, such as ERP, CRM, or other business applications.
• Basic knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC), system testing methodologies, and configuration management.
• Ability to analyze data, generate reports, and assist with system performance monitoring.
• Strong communication skills to interact effectively with both technical teams and business stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Analyze requirements with stakeholders to translate into functional specifications.
• Coordinate with technical teams and vendors to clarify needs and track issues.
• Support configuration, maintenance, and improvement of enterprise systems.
• Assist in designing and testing system changes and coordinating user acceptance testing.
• Provide system training, documentation, and end-user support across global offices.
• Contribute to project planning, estimating effort, dependencies, and milestones.
