Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in electrical/mechanical engineering, energy, automation, or related fields.
• Strong English communication for overseas interactions and presentations.
• Excellent cross-functional coordination across sales, product, R&D, delivery, legal, and supply chain.

Responsibilities

• Provide solution support in wind turbine sales across overseas markets and collaborate with sales and customer-facing teams.
• Develop customer-based solutions and provide lifecycle support.
• Plan and design technical solutions based on customer needs and product capabilities for project development, bids, and delivery.
• Lead technical and commercial engagements for key customers and projects, including presentations and coordination.
• Translate customer needs into internal actions to improve competitiveness and customer satisfaction.
• Support bid preparation, contract negotiation, and risk identification to ensure compliant project execution.
