Job summary

General Dynamics Mission Systems-Canada is seeking an experienced Technical Sales professional to lead our International TacCIS efforts. You will promote and sell Tactical Communication and Information Systems globally, translating complex requirements into credible technical solutions for diverse customers.

The role requires a strong technical background, B2B sales experience, and willingness to travel internationally.

Qualifications

Ability to translate complex requirements into credible technical solutions.
Willingness to travel internationally.
Experience or familiarity with AI/ML models is preferred and advantageous.

Responsibilities

Serve as technical subject matter expert to the Business Development Management team with understanding of competitive positioning and industry trends.
Collaborate with End Users/Customers/Partners to capture technical requirements and validate potential solutions.
Design and deliver product demonstrations and Proof of Concepts addressing end user needs.
Support proposals and pricing models with product and pricing teams.
Work cross-functionally with product management, engineering, BD, customers, and partners to ensure feasible, well-scoped solutions delivered on time.
Act as escalation point for post-sale technical issues and enable smooth handoff to execution teams.
Capture market intelligence on competitors, emerging technologies, and customer feedback for product and BD strategy.
