General Dynamics Mission Systems-Canada is seeking an experienced Technical Sales leader for our International TacCIS business area. You will promote and sell Tactical Communication and Information Systems internationally, translating complex technical features into compelling business value.

You will accompany the Business Development team with international customers, providing technical credibility, leading demonstrations, and shaping credible solutions while collaborating with engineering,

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related technical discipline or equivalent experience.
• Strong grasp of defense industry technologies, especially networking or tactical communications.
• Experience in B2B technical sales.
• Negotiation and contract management experience; excellent presentation and storytelling abilities.
• High emotional intelligence; ability to influence multiple stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the technical subject matter expert to the Business Development team with understanding of competitive positioning and industry trends.
• Collaborate with users/partners to capture technical requirements, validate solutions, and bridge user needs to technical implementation; build networks and align with strategic vision.
• Design and deliver product demonstrations, proofs of concept, and white papers addressing end user needs.
• Support proposals and pricing models in partnership with product and pricing teams.
• Work with product management, engineering, BD, customers, and partners to ensure feasible, well-scoped solutions delivered on time.
• Act as escalation point for post-sale technical issues and foster long-term upsell opportunities.
• Capture competitor activity, emerging technologies, and customer feedback; feed insights back to product and BD teams.
