Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, business or engineering.
• Experience in integrated supply chain operations, planning systems, and transformation.
• Strategic expertise in network design, global operations.
• Experience with enterprise resource planning systems and analytics.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement enterprise supply chain strategies and network architectures across multiple regions or globally.
• Coordinate strategic supply chain initiatives with manufacturing, sales, finance, and business units.
• Analyze performance vs market requirements and implement transformational initiatives to address capability gaps.
• Lead global planning networks, execution systems, and performance management.
• Establish and optimize enterprise planning systems and execution capabilities.
• Lead and direct large supply chain organizations and executive teams.
• Create vision and strategic alignment for supply chain transformation.
• Implement leadership development and organizational transformation initiatives.
