Job summary

Navitas is seeking an International Student Recruitment Manager to join the North American team in London, Ontario, at Western International College. You will lead regional marketing, conversion activities, and stakeholder collaboration to meet recruitment targets across markets.

The role involves coordinating with on-site and offshore teams, developing campaigns, and supporting campuses in English and other languages as needed. Travel to events may be required in a global program.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (marketing preferred).
• Experience in marketing and student recruitment.
• Full proficiency in a second language (preferred).
• High-level numeric literacy and critical thinking.
• Strong business English communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop regional marketing and communication plans for recruitment regions.
• Localize value proposition of each college in target markets.
• Support offshore recruiters to increase conversion across the student journey.
• Coordinate with Directors of Marketing and Recruitment on campaigns and collateral.
