Job summary

Arc’teryx is seeking a Director of Global Enterprise Planning to architect the planning system that aligns long-term strategy with annual priorities, resources, and performance accountability. You will own end-to-end enterprise planning, governance, and executive-ready communications with Finance collaboration.

You’ll lead cross-functional planning, develop frameworks, and drive accountability across global operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, strategy, or related field.
• 10+ years of professional work experience in strategic planning, management consulting, project management, consumer products and/or retail.
• Proven track record as an outstanding problem solver with systems thinking.

Responsibilities

• Own the enterprise planning system governance, annual planning, and performance reporting.
• Lead Strategic Planning Kickoff, Long-Term Planning, and QBRs with Finance on AOP/budget.
• Establish planning cadence, cross-functional alignment, and decision readiness.
• Develop decision frameworks, governance, and planning standards for enterprise prioritization.
• Translate strategic priorities into actionable plans and resource allocations.
• Coordinate Executive Committee and Board reviews, framing issues with insights.
• Manage the enterprise portfolio, track interdependencies, risks, and outcomes.
• Develop scenarios, business cases, and trade-off analyses for investments.
