Job summary

Stream-Flo Industries Ltd. and Master Flo Valve Inc., privately owned Canadian manufacturers, are seeking a Shipper – International to prepare products and paperwork for international shipments and organize inventory.

The role supports ERP transfers, crating, and accurate traceability in a fast-paced environment. Based in Edmonton, you will work with the night shift assembly and coordinate with various teams to ensure safe, efficient shipping and storage.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, 1–3 years of related shipping/receiving experience
• Forklift experience required
• Computers: MS Office or ERP; SAP experience is a plus; RF guns used
• Strong commitment to workplace health and safety
• Strong written and oral communication; strong organizational and interpersonal skills
• High attention to detail; work ethic; self-motivated
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Ability to multi-task and learn quickly

Responsibilities

• Organize parts and coordinate with night shift assembly
• Generate transfers within ERP system for proper bin locations
• Assemble accessories for crating/shipping; review painting and surface prep; protect critical surfaces
• Prepare all required documentation for International shipments
• Record traceability: serial numbers and/or lot numbers
• Pull equipment, label with shipping/customer info, store as needed
• Assemble and load equipment to customer destinations
• Maintain clean and orderly work area
• Ensure forklift operations comply with safety regulations and are performed conscientiously
• Perform other related duties as assigned
