Job summary

Canadian Solar Inc. seeks a Manager, Service Operations Planning to lead global planning for e-STORAGE service operations across the Americas, Europe, and APAC.

You will standardize preventive and corrective maintenance workflows, manage work orders, spares coordination, and reporting, while building disciplined processes and CMMS-enabled workflows. You will collaborate with Service Directors and regional teams to improve visibility, ensure timely execution, and drive continuous improvement

Qualifications

• Experience in service planning and maintenance planning.
• Strong knowledge of preventive and corrective maintenance workflows.
• Experience leading planning or service coordination across multiple sites or regions.
• Hands-on with CMMS/EAM/ERP and data workflows.
• Lean Six Sigma or continuous improvement exposure.

Responsibilities

• Lead global planning and service coordination across Americas, Europe, and APAC.
• Define and standardize service planning workflows for maintenance and work orders.
• Support CMMS rollout with standard data structures and workflows.
• Partner with Service Directors and regional teams to improve visibility into maintenance planning and KPIs.
• Establish request and escalation processes for POs, spares, RMAs, and other support.
• Monitor execution metrics and drive corrective actions.
• Standardize parts and spares coordination, including stock control and RMA tracking.
• Develop training materials and current/future state workflows.
