Global Service Desk Analyst - French Bilingual analyst

Join to apply for the Global Service Desk Analyst - French Bilingual analyst role at Long View Systems.

We are seeking a French Bilingual Global Service Desk Analyst to join our Integrated Global Services team, located in Calgary, Edmonton, Toronto, or the greater areas. In this role, you will support our clients by providing tier I IT and communications support, ensuring service excellence across diverse regions.

Responsibilities:
  • Document customer issues in our ticket management system.
  • Analyze symptoms, determine urgency, and resolve issues when possible.
  • Escalate incidents to Tier II support when necessary and manage their lifecycle.
  • Handle escalations internally and externally.
  • Identify and suggest process improvements to enhance service delivery.
Qualifications:
  • At least 1 year of experience in a technical support or help desk role.
  • Fluent French language skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to resolve technical issues.
  • Ability to manage high-pressure situations professionally.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Willingness to work evenings and weekends.
Preferred Skills:
  • Understanding of ITIL Incident Management.
  • ITIL certification or A+ Certification.
Additional Information:

Compensation: $23/hour.
