Alimentiv, a global CRO focused on GI therapies, is seeking an experienced accountant to oversee financial activities and ensure accurate records in Windsor, Ontario. You will support GAAP/ASPE compliance and tax reporting, while guiding theAccounting team on end-to-end processes.

Ideal candidates have 4–6 years of experience, a Bachelor’s in accounting or finance, and CPA considerations. This role emphasizes collaboration with cross-functional teams and process improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance required.
• CPA designation preferred or in progress.
• 4–6 years progressive accounting experience.
• GAAP and ASPE knowledge required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee financial reporting and month‑end close processes.
• Prepare and review management reports with variance analysis.
• Handle account reconciliations and balance sheet analysis.
• Coordinate payroll entries and assist with tax filings.
• Identify internal controls improvements and run projects with finance team.
