Qualifications

• CPA/CGA/CA designation or nearing completion.
• 4+ years of progressive experience in a similar role (industry or public practice).
• Experience in a Global multi-entity environment is an asset.
• Solid experience with ERP systems (PowerBI, SAP and Microsoft Navision).
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills; SAP and Navision preferred but not required.
• Experience in delivering timely and accurate financial reporting and analysis.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain month end, quarter end, and year end closing entries and reconciliations for various global entities.
• Assist in the preparation of monthly management/departmental reports.
• Assist in external and internal audit processes and annual tax returns.
• Prepare/oversee monthly filings including HST, regulatory and other business compliance filings.
• Liaise with other departments to ensure timely and accurate financial results.
• Continuously improve accounting processes and support ad-hoc finance projects.
