Job summary

Galderma is seeking an Accounting Lead, Receivables and Financial Reporting, based in Toronto with on-site presence. You will oversee accounts receivable, month-end close, and financial reporting processes for the organization, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.

The role requires leadership of the AR team and collaboration with GBS and other departments. The ideal candidate has a CPA/CA (or equivalent) and 5+ years of accounting experience, including people management and ERP system

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience, with 1–2 years of people management.
• CPA, CA, or equivalent designation (or working towards).
• Experience with an ERP system in a large, complex corporate environment.
• Strong organizational and multi-priority management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Month End Closing and prepare monthly financial statements for stakeholders.
• Lead AR processes, reporting, and reconciliations in line with IFRS.
• Guide AR team and coordinate with GBS on financial accounting matters.
