Job summary

Synechron seeks a Sanctions Screening & List Management Analyst to support and oversee sanctions screening activities and list management from Montreal. You will collaborate with Compliance, Technology, and Operations across North America and Europe to ensure regulatory alignment.

You will work with global teams to enhance screening systems, manage lists, tune rules, and monitor performance while adhering to OFAC and EU sanctions regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in finance, business, compliance, law, or related field.
• Experience in sanctions compliance and regulatory requirements.
• Hands-on experience supporting Fircosoft screening applications, including list management and tuning.

Responsibilities

• Act as a key representative for sanctions compliance initiatives, including implementation and optimization of screening systems (Fircosoft Continuity).
• Collaborate with Compliance and Technology teams on list management, rules, tuning, and exception handling.
• Provide guidance on processes, analytics, data governance, and list management practices.
