Job summary

LevelUP HCS in Montreal is seeking a sanctions compliance professional to supervise sanction list management matters and collaborate closely with AMER regions and the Paris team. You will drive initiatives for sanctions screening software, including Fircosoft Continuity, and ensure alignment with applicable sanctions laws and regulations.

Qualifications

• Experience in sanctions compliance and supporting Fircosoft screening, list management, and tuning/optimization rules.
• PM and system development/implementation experience.
• OFAC sanctions screening, list management and tuning project management.

Responsibilities

• Proactively represent US sanctions compliance in initiatives to implement or upgrade sanctions screening software (Fircosoft Continuity).
• Liaise with Group Compliance and Technology teams in Paris on screening issues, including list management, rules, tuning and exceptions.
• Oversight of Technology and Operations on sanctions screening, list management, tuning, analytics and data governance.
• Execute process and procedure enhancements with commitment to consistency and timely implementation.
• Identify potential screening gaps and develop implementation plans to address them.
• Develop and prepare key metrics for daily and monthly oversight and reporting to senior management.
• Ensure screening is in line with OFAC/EU and all applicable sanctions laws and regulations.
