Job summary

Jonas Software is seeking a Training Specialist for SpaSoft Canada to deliver live and on-site software training, lead configuration consults, and support go-live efforts across multiple time zones. The role involves creating enablement content and collaborating with Support, Product, and Professional Services to enhance the customer journey.

You will design and update training materials, stay current with product updates, and participate in internal training sessions to upskill teams.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in software training, enablement, implementation, or customer education
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Strong presentation and facilitation skills
• Experience creating learning content and collaborating with cross-functional teams

Responsibilities

• Own and deliver live virtual and on-site software training for SpaSoft customers
• Lead application consultation and system configuration
• Provide go-live support and data validation
• Create and maintain enablement content including LMS courses and knowledge bases
• Collaborate with Support, Product and Professional Services to improve customer journeys
