Job summary

Glass Lewis is seeking a RFP Writer to craft clear, persuasive, and compliant response documents to win contracts and new business. This role blends project management, strategic messaging, and technical editing to articulate our governance and ESG services to global clients.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, Communications, Business, Finance, or related field.
2–5 years of professional writing experience, preferably in proposal development, technical writing, or grant writing.
Exceptional written communication, collaboration with multiple stakeholders, extreme attention to detail, and proven project management abilities under tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end RFP project including coordination with internal SMEs, timeline and deliverables, document management, and final presentation preparation.
Analyze RFPs, RFIs, and Security Questionnaires from institutional investors to extract requirements and understand evaluation criteria.
Collaborate with sales, finance, legal, product management, client success, marketing, and SMEs to translate complex capabilities into clear, value-driven answers.
Draft executive summaries, technical approaches, and cover letters while editing content from team members.
Maintain and update a centralized content library of standard answers, templates, and past proposals.
Ensure submissions comply with brand guidelines, style rules, and client requirements.
Support sales enablement by building and maintaining a library of enablement materials.
