Job summary

A consulting firm is seeking a QMS Technical Writer in a hybrid role based in Toronto. This position involves translating complex technical information into clear, concise documents for a diverse audience. Candidates should have 5+ years of experience in technical writing, preferably within regulated industries, along with a B.S. in Life Sciences. Proficiency in Microsoft Word and strong collaboration skills are essential. The expected compensation range is CAD 50K-80K.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience writing technical documentation, preferably in a regulated industry.
• Experience in manufacturing and quality, familiar with Health Authority regulations is a plus.
• Skilled in creating clear, consistent, and structured documents.

• Simplify technical jargon for usability in Global QMS documents.
• Embed visual workflows and diagrams to support user understanding.
