SharkNinja is seeking a Team Lead, Retail Operations to head a CSR order management team for our retail accounts. You will ensure accuracy, timeliness, and service quality, driving process improvements to reduce costs and protect fill rates.

You will coach and onboard team members, partner cross-functionally with Sales, DC Ops, and IT, and oversee weekly stand-ups and training initiatives, including AI-driven automation.

Qualifications

• Experience in order processing or customer service in a B2B retail environment.
• Experience with Oracle ERP preferred.
• Aptitude with AI tools (e.g., Claude, Copilot, ChatGPT) for data review and process automation.

Responsibilities

• Lead quality assurance and oversight of CSR order processing for accuracy and completeness.
• Collaborate with Sales, Supply Planning, DC Operations, and IT to resolve order/shipment issues and meet targets.
• Prepare and lead weekly stand-up meetings; document action items with owners and due dates.
• Participate in onboarding and training of new hires; deliver refresher trainings on key tools.
• Generate warehouse projections with other leads to optimize resources.
• Support audits; identify cost-saving and efficiency initiatives; report impact.
• Drive AI adoption and automation in daily order management; mentor team on prompts and best practices.
• Resolve escalations to closure with retailers, DC, and carriers.
