Job summary

Teck Resources Limited in Vancouver is seeking a People Systems Data & Technical Analyst to own the data and technical aspects of implementing SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) as part of the S/4HANA transition planned for 2027.

You will coordinate data migrations, support testing, and collaborate with the Integrations and sustainment teams while upholding Teck’s safety and sustainability commitments.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of technical or data conversion experience.
• Experience with SAP SuccessFactors and Employee Central (EC).
• Strong data orientation and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
• Demonstrates Teck’s safety and sustainability commitments.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate data migration from source systems into SAP SuccessFactors EC templates.
• Support testing across EC-related modules and coordinate with HR users.
• Collaborate with Integrations and sustainment teams on data governance and configurations.
• Assist with governance, data standards, and Collibra usage in HR data.
