Job summary

Worley is seeking an accomplished People and Organisation Leader for its Major Projects & Programs (MPP) group in Canada. You will translate business priorities into integrated workforce, talent and organisation strategies that strengthen project delivery, leadership effectiveness and long-term performance.

Qualifications

• Significant People leadership experience in large project-based, consulting, engineering, construction, infrastructure, energy or resources organisations.
• Experience as a principal People partner to senior executives responsible for major project delivery or global delivery organisations.
• Deep expertise in strategic workforce planning, global mobilisation and deployment, organisation design, succession, executive talent management, leadership development, culture and large-scale change.

Responsibilities

• Translate business and project priorities into integrated People plans with clear outcomes.
• Lead strategic workforce planning across the MPP portfolio and anticipate capacity constraints.
• Develop strategies to secure, mobilise, deploy, redeploy and retain project talent globally.
• Shape leadership and talent strategies including succession and leadership development.
• Coach senior leaders to strengthen leadership effectiveness and project execution capability.
• Lead organisation design, operating-model change, and transformation initiatives.
• Oversee complex workforce and employee-relations matters with governance and compliance.
• Mobilise People teams around MPP priorities and enterprise People strategy.
• Develop People professionals and build project and commercial acumen.
• Represent MPP within the People Leadership Team and contribute to enterprise strategy.
