Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience delivering major, complex projects or programs.
• Strong project management, coordination, and stakeholder skills.
• Experience in planning, design reviews, procurement, construction and close-out.
• Experience supporting proposals, scope, fee development and mobilization.
• Solid understanding of scope, cost, risk, change and contractual obligations.
• Experience with project controls, scheduling, budgeting, forecasting and risk management.
• Ability to take ownership, work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Ability to obtain and maintain required security clearances.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate day-to-day delivery across major, complex projects and programmes.
• Manage schedules, budgets, risks, actions, deliverables, and reporting.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams, clients, stakeholders, and interfaces.
• Drive governance through risk/action/decision logs and forecasts.
• Support proposals, bids, scopes of work, and mobilization.
• Monitor scope, fees, costs, changes, and contractual obligations.
• Resolve issues and guide practical solutions to completion.
• Capture lessons learned and improve practices across teams.
