Salesforce, Inc. is seeking a seasoned leader for the Partner Operations group. You will direct a team of analysts and specialists, manage global follow-the-sun workflows, and ensure funding processes align with policy and SLAs.

In this role you will drive operational performance, strengthen governance, and seek AI-enabled improvements across funding, reporting, and stakeholder engagement.

Competenze

• 5+ years in partner Operations or business operations.
• 2+ years in people management or team leadership.
• Strong Salesforce skills, including data model, validation rules, and reports.

Mansioni

• Lead and coach analysts and specialists; set performance expectations and development plans.
• Oversee Global Follow-the-Sun operating model with regional handovers and time-zone coverage.
• Own team KPIs and SLAs; drive improvements in turnaround times, backlog, quality, and productivity.
• Maintain robust financial controls across the funding lifecycle and ensure policy compliance.
• Identify and drive process automation using AI and operational tech to scale efficiency.
