Qualifications

• University degree in Business/Accounting required or equivalent.
• Professional accounting designation is an asset.
• 7+ years in a related accounting/finance management role.
• Bilingual in French and English (spoken and written) is required.
• Experience with Canadian and U.S. compliance and tax requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversees accounting operations of Canadian and US divisions.
• Lead monthly and annual close for Cdn and US divisions.
• Manage North American year-end audit as part of global consolidation.
• Support budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis.
• Manage tax compliance for Canada and US with advisors.
• Improve ERP automation for AP, travel expenses, and reconciliations.
• Lead Accounts Payables team and relationships with vendors.
• Collaborate with Treasury to manage vendor payments.
• Prepare and maintain monthly cash flow projections.
• Recruit, train, and motivate accounting and AP teams.
