Job summary

Vialto Partners in Canada is seeking a Senior Manager to act as a tax technical business partner, guiding clients on global mobility, policy design, payroll, immigration, and automation. You will lead teams, coach staff, review returns for globally mobile employees, and develop pricing strategies while expanding trusted client relationships.

Qualifications

• Canadian and US tax knowledge with expatriate planning and mobility policy design.
• Experience growing revenue through client needs analysis and recommendations.
• Strong skills in managing resources, budgets, billing, and deliverables.
• Ability to lead teams, provide feedback, and manage workloads.
• Familiar with automation, digitization, and data visualization in services.
• Pricing strategy experience and ability to review contracts.
