Qualifications

• 15 years of relevant industry experience.
• Self-starter with proven track record.
• Experience in sales and developing win strategies.
• Deep knowledge of procurement in the A/E/C industry.
• Ability to build and manage strategic client relationships.
• Willingness to travel and engage with clients in person.

Responsibilities

• Lead global mining practice growth and drive bookings, revenue and backlog.
• Build strategic client relationships and act as trusted advisor.
• Lead capture planning and proposal strategy for high-value opportunities.
• Shape market strategy based on commodity outlooks and investments.
• Coordinate across HDR groups to deploy integrated mining solutions.
• Mentor regional leaders in account planning and pursuit management.
• Represent HDR in mining associations and client forums.
