HDR, Inc. is seeking a Global Mining Practice Business Development Leader to drive growth across the mining sector, lead major pursuits and expand strategic accounts worldwide.

You will build trusted client relationships, translate market trends into account priorities and align HDR's capabilities across mining, water, environment and advisory.

The role requires 15+ years of mining experience and travel to North America and beyond; the targeted salary range is $175,000–$250,000 USD per year.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of mining-industry experience.
• Self-starter with a proven track record of delivering results with limited oversight.
• Deep knowledge of procurement of professional services in the A/E/C industry.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to travel frequently.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic account planning for priority mining clients across geographies.
• Build and maintain trusted client relationships with mining companies and partners.
• Translate commodity outlooks and client priorities into focused account and geography plans.
• Coordinate HDR's capabilities across mining, water, environmental, power, transportation and advisory services.
• Coach and mentor regional business development leaders and client managers.
